The Role:

As our Storeperson , you'll work Monday to Thursday, 3:00am–12:06pm and Friday, 4:00am–8:06am , playing a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods to support daily operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager , you'll contribute to a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment while supporting the wider team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate effectively in a -18°C to -24°C freezer workplace while adhering to cold storage procedures.




- Safely receive, pick, pack, and dispatch stock in accordance with operational requirements and customer deadlines.
- Accurately load, unload, and move products using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and correct system transactions.
- Contribute to a positive, reliable, and team-focused workplace culture.

About You

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or cold storage environment preferred.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) and experience operating material handling equipment highly regarded.
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks and working in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Reliable, self-motivatedand able to work both independently and as part of a team.
