Novotel is seeking a Commis Chef to prepare and cook dishes across all service periods, including events, and to set up a designated section during service.
You will ensure mise en place is ready and maintain consistent quality and presentation.The role requires a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or currently undertaking), plus a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
