This hands-on role suits someone mechanically minded who enjoys being outdoors, driving, and keeping things running smoothly.Role: Ops Specialist (Driver)Start Date: ASAPHours: Morning (6 am - 2 pm) or Afternoon (2 pm - 10 pm)Shifts: Mon - Fri with the possibility of some weekend workPay Rate: $p/h + super ($p/h from 6pm - 10pm)What You'll DoSafely drive a van around Sydney to deploy, collect,



and relocate e-bikesSwap and charge batteries at the warehouse and in the fieldPerform basic maintenance and report repairs when neededRespond to in-app requests and ensure bikes are clean, protected, and availableCommunicate with the operations and mechanics teamsHandle other related tasks as requiredAbout You25+ years old with a full, unrestricted driver's licence and secure driving recordComfortable driving large vans (e.g., Iveco Daily) and working outdoorsAble to lift up to 30kg regularlyTech-savvy and confident using mobile apps (iOS experience preferred)Flexible with shift times, including evenings and weekendsMechanically inclined and capable of minor onsite repairsGood knowledge of Sydney's roads (preferred)Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learnInterest in bikes, fitness, or sustainability is a plus
