70% paediatrics / 30% adults (paeds-focused option available)Hybrid working: clinic + communityAbout the Role:You'll be working across a wide-ranging but manageable caseload, primarily paediatrics, with the flexibility to reduce or remove adult clients if preferred.
The work is therapy-focused, with minimal emphasis on heavy report writing.You'll support clients with:Speech, language and communication needsEmotional regulation and social communicationReferrals come through a mix of NDIS, Medicare, iCare, Workers Comp and aged care,
