Our mission is to empower automotive enthusiasm using technology.We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated team members to join our Production team to actively contribute in the manufacture of our globally distributed range of products.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking on either our Day shift (7am-3pm) or our Afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm), you will work with a highly motivated and skilled team to assemble Haltech products throughout the manufacturing process.Follow work instructions to efficiently construct electronic and mechanical assembliesProduce assemblies in quantities as per distributed work orders.Produce assemblies within allocated cycle timesCapture daily build quantities into manufacturing systemsProduce products to the required standards and ensure finished products are in-line with the defined quality requirementsWork within company policies and proceduresABOUT YOUExcellent attention to detail and a focus on qualityProficiency in using a range of hand tools to construct mechanical assembliesExperience in handling PCBa'sConfidently hand solder thru-hole components in line with internal standardsEnsure your own work area is kept neat, orderly and cleanConfidence to immediately raise issues to your manager to ensure a quick resolutionAbility to read and understand EnglishBasic computer skillsAbility to accurately follow procedures and verbal instructionReliable and punctualEnjoys working in a highly motivated and passionate teamPrevious manufacturing experience will be highly regardedHaltech is an Equal Chance Employer.
