You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, innovate menus, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards,



and food preparation checklist.Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.Assist with menu planning and development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar setting.Robust knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Access to training and development programs.Discounted stays at voco and other IHG properties worldwide.Join our team!
