Up to 12 weeks with potential for extensionKey Responsibilities:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health setting, either in Community, ED/Triage, or inpatient units.Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.Skilled in managing complex cases, including clients under the Mental Health Act.Proficient in conducting Mental Health assessments, including Mental State and Risk assessments.Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Offer therapeutic support and interventions to promote recovery and wellbeing.Ensure patient safety and manage risk, including responding to behavioural crises.Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare specialists.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years post grad Mental Health ExperienceGeneral Registration with AHPRACommitment to complete required client specific credentialing requirementsFull Australian working rights (no sponsorship provided)Flexibility to commence at short notice
