Administration & Accounts Support Officer

Vitronic Machine Vision – Notting Hill VIC

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Support Officer to join our team. This pivotal role supports a range of finance and administrative functions, including accounts payable and receivable, MYOB processing, freight coordination, and general office administration.

Key responsibilities include invoice processing, job costing, customer invoicing, timesheet entry, bank reconciliations and allocations, credit card reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records.

The successful candidate will possess strong MYOB and Microsoft Excel skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.



You will be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
