About us

NeuroCentrix is a private neuroscience facility dedicated to evidence-based assessment, treatment and research of memory and mood disorders. We provide high quality patient care in a supportive multi-disciplinary team workplace. We are one of the leading providers of outpatient Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a form of brain stimulation and esketamine (Spravato) treatments. Both used in the treatment of chronic depression.

We are seeking registered nurses preferably with experience in esketamine (Spravato) and or TMS administration to work in our clinic in Ballarat. Training will be provided

As a NeuroCentrix Treatment Services Nurse you will be involved in providing the following treatments, esketamine and TMS

This Role

As a Treatment Services Nurse, located in our Ballarat Clinic, you will be primarily responsible for the safe and effective administration of esketamine (Spravato) and TMS treatment to patients with chronic mental health conditions.





Key duties and responsibilities

- Explain and administer TMS / esketamine treatment to patients with chronic depression, and other psychiatric conditions
- Maintain clinical case notes and prepare reports
- Clinical risk assessments
- Participate in clinical case meetings and ongoing training
- Suicide risk assessments

About You

- Registered nurses with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1-2 years of registered nursing experience required
- Experience within mental health is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Maturity, sensitivity and empathy toward patients, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
- Excellent attention to detail and conscientiousness in following procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a positive, patient-centred care experience
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
