No gaps, reduce waste, no excuses.Pricing and margins: reviewing supplier invoices, setting accurate pricing, and keeping the numbers honest.Team: mentoring and supervising produce staff, training current team members, and building a culture of accountability and care.Customer experience: being the go-to for produce knowledge: seasonality,
