YMCA Victoria is seeking a Room Leader for our Early Learning Centre to inspire and lead staff, support professional development, and deliver high quality early learning consistent with the National Quality Framework. You will mentor staff, implement the approved curriculum, and create engaging lessons that foster children’s lifelong learning.
You will also maintain accurate child records and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning setting across the centre.
