And that starts with people like you.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse / Educator, you'll work across two key areas:Clinical Care: Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands‐on clinical expertise.Education & Training: Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer)



to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.About YouCurrent AHPRA registration (RN)Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settingsStrong background in nursing education and hands‐on trainingAbility to translate care plans into easy‐to‐follow training materialsExcellent communication and documentation skillsFlexible and willing to travel to sites across NSWWhy Join Allara?
