If you enjoy "translating" complex customs laws into actionable advice for commercial teams, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operational requirements for import compliance, ensuring all merchandise meets Australian trade laws.Act as the key link between Inbound Logistics, Merchandise Operations,



and third-party service providers.Partner with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure a seamless clearance process.Identify potential compliance risks and conduct regular internal audits of trade programs to maintain a "world-class" service standard.Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep the supply chain lean and productive.Requirements & Experience:Minimum of 3 years in international trade operations, with a heavy focus on Australian import requirements.Deep understanding of ABF regulations, BICON, and the Minimum Documents Policy.A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or International Trade is preferred; a Diploma in Customs Brokerage is a highly regarded advantage.The ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate them clearly to non-technical teams.Solid attention to detail and the ability to spot root-cause issues in documentation.We are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
