Our NSW facility plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality printed materials to some of the country's biggest brands and now we're looking for a Finishing Operator to join the team.About the RoleAs a Finishing Operator, you'll work hands-on with folding machines, stitchers, and guillotines to ensure each job is completed with precision, efficiency, and pride.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining finishing equipment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.This position is located in our current state of the art facility in Kemps Creek.Applicants must have full Australian Working Rights, this position is not open to sponsorship.Your responsibilities will include:Operating folding, stitching,



and guillotine machines in line with job specsSetting up machinery and producing check samples for approvalPerforming basic troubleshooting and routine maintenanceMonitoring production to ensure quality output with minimal wasteMaintaining a clean, protected, and efficient work areaFollowing schedules and communicating effectively with team membersParticipating in toolbox meetings and ongoing trainingAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has experience operating finishing equipment (folders, stitchers, guillotines)Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality workIs mechanically minded and capable of minor machine maintenanceWorks well under pressure and can manage multiple jobs in a shiftHas positive communication skills and works collaboratively in a teamIs safety-conscious and follows workplace procedures at all timesPrevious experience in a print or mailhouse environment is highly regarded.Why Join IVE?
