You will lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality, person-centred supports while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.You will work closely with the Service Manager, coordinate client‐led programs, and engage clients in meaningful daily activities, ensuring compliant intake, onboarding, billing and reporting.
