We are looking for a skilled Robot Welder Operator to set up, maintain and operate a Panasonic robot welding system.
This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team.
The ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years' experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.The position of Robot Welder Operator is responsible for the operation of a robotic welder, overhead gantry crane and where needed hand welding and finishing tasks like grinding etc.The successful applicant will need experience in a similar role working with steel and fabrication materials.
We are happy to train someone with welding experience how to drive the robot.WORKING HOURS AND PAYAfternoon Shift from 2:00pm - 10:30pm (paid a 15% loading) and the opportunity for overtime.FULL TIME POSITIONABOUT YOU2 years experience in a production, fabrication or similar industrial environment.Previous experience in operating industrial machinery and overhead gantry crane is desirable,
