This role is suitable for someone who is at a robust supervisor level and looking to grow, or is an already proven manager.Operating in City Lane on Flinders Street, Shaw&Co; is open for lunch and dinner 6 days per week.
The responsibilities include daily operations of the venue, stock control, roster management, staff training and culture, reservation management, and adherence to budgeted KPIs.Shaw&Co; is part of the FGH Group and does offer progression and development within this North Queensland-based skilled and driven management team.
