This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing matters autonomously while working closely with clients and providing practical, commercial advice.Your work will include:Commercial, retail and industrial leasingResidential and commercial conveyancingProperty acquisitions and disposalsDrafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and leasing documentationManaging transactions from commencement through to settlementAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in leasing and conveyancingStrong technical drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsThe ability to manage files independently from start to finishAccurate time recording and billing experienceA proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practice
