Qualified Carpenter's, Experienced Tradesman, Labourers & HandymenAbout the roleWe are seeking a Qualified Carpenter or an Experienced Tradesman/Handyman looking for a change to join our team.
This is a casual role, Monday - Friday Night & Day shifts.
As an experienced trades qualified, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our construction site and facilities.What you'll be doingUndertake a variety of general maintenance and repair work, Commercial strip out's, including carpentry, plastering, painting and other building tasksDiagnose and troubleshoot issues, then complete necessary repairs in a timely and efficient mannerWork collaboratively with our construction teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standardMaintain a secure and clean work workplace, following all relevant health and safety protocolsProvide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and efficienciesMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedWhat we're looking forSignificant experience as a qualified tradesperson, with a broad skill set across multiple trade areasExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities,
with a keen eye for detailStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and colleaguesCommitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risksA current driver's licence and reliable transportationForklift licence & EWP not compulsory but is preferredWhite cardKnowledge of the building industryQualified Tradesman MUST have own toolsAvailable to work night shiftWhat we offerWe are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
