and guidance on using ourwebsite and mobile appKey ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer enquiries via phonein a qualified and empathetic mannerTake and process dispensary pharmacy orders over the phoneGuide patientson how to use our website and mobile app (navigation, ordering steps, account access, etc.)Look up information while speaking to customersto provide accurate responses quicklySupport daily office operations in afast-paced setting, meeting deadlines as requiredSkills & RequirementsStrong communication skills and a patient-first attitudeAbility to be able to stay composed and reassure customersAbility tocommunicate clearlywith customers whileusing systems to look up information simultaneouslyComfortable working in afast-paced officewithdeadlinesExcellent attention to detail and reliabilityMust be familiar with the use of a computer (you will be trained on the in-house programs)Must be able to use a double-screen setup.Position located in Molendinar and will be full time, 8 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
