This part time role will be based at our hotel in Burwood, NSW and will involve providing exceptional customer service to our guests.What you'll be doingGreeting and checking in guests upon arrivalHandling guest enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional mannerAssisting with luggage, room assignments, and key distributionResolving any guest issues or complaints in a timely and effective wayMaintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the lobby and front desk areaProviding information about the hotel's facilities and local attractionsHandling cash and credit card transactions accuratelyWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
