The Harvest Operations Team plays a vital role in the success of our berry harvest.
We're looking for dependable, skilled operators to handle the transportation of our fruit, contribute to packaging processes, and help ensure the smooth running of our facilities.This role is seasonal, engaged for the duration of our berry harvest, with two positions available.We're seeking an experienced forklift operator — high reach experience is an advantage, and a HR license will be highly regarded.About Mountain BlueBased in Northern NSW, Mountain Blue is a family-owned business with a global reputation for breeding the world's best-tasting blueberries.

Join a team that's shaping the future of horticulture.Key Responsibilities:Operate pallet jacks, walkie stackers and counterbalance forkliftsLoad and unload trucks and other transport vehicles,



handling produce and materials with careMaintain accurate records of inventory movements to support stock managementConduct regular maintenance checks on forklift equipment for operational safety and efficiencyAdhere to workplace safety guidelines, operating procedures and food safety requirementsPrepare loads for dispatch using load plans to accurately prepare multiple destinationsAssist with other warehouse and site duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamworkQualifications and Skills:Valid forklift licence with previous experience requiredHR licence an advantageStrong work ethic and a keen sense of initiativeSelf-motivated and results-focusedExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong time management and organisational skillsSolid understanding of workplace health and safety regulationsAbility to work effectively in a rapid-paced environmentReliable transport requiredWe Offer:Competitive remuneration in line with the Horticulture AwardA supportive and agile work environmentMountain Blue is an equal opportunity employer.
