The OpportunityWe have an exciting chance for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Seven Hills, Powers Rd.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.Permanent position,



Monday to Friday.Your role will include:Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessmentProviding clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairsMaintaining a welcoming and skilled customer environmentManaging the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concernsWhat we're looking for:Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phoneHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA team player committed to delivering outstanding customer serviceWhat's in it for you?
