and grow your career.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with quality checks across production and warehouseConduct basic inspections on parts and finished productsUse measuring tools (training provided)Identify and report defects and quality issuesSupport identification of defects and quality issuesAssist with NCRs and quality documentationCollaborate with production and assembly teamsMaintain quality records and reportsAbout YouExperience in manufacturing, production, or a trade environment (or willingness to learn)Strong attention to detailBasic understanding of quality or interest in developing in this areaComfortable working hands-on in a workshop environmentWillingness to learn how to read drawings and use measuring toolsGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic Microsoft Office skillsDesirable (not essential):Trade background or technical qualificationExposure to engineering drawingsExperience with quality systems or inspectionsWhy Join ALG?
