Configure and set up multi-functional devices and printers to meet specific customer requirements.
Perform installations, initial setups, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Refurbish machines, conduct operational tests, and ensure specifications are met for productive installations.
Follow the provided training plan in both workshop and field settings.
Assemble and configure, 'run-up', Multi-Functional Devices.




Participate in fieldwork at least one day per month.
Shadow Customer Service Technicians at customer sites to:- Train customers on equipment usage.
Support equipment installation on customer networks.
Run test prints.
Complete onsite customer repairs.
Learn to diagnose faults by asking discovery questions.
Learn the process of:- Calling customers.
Diagnosing and understanding issues.
Scheduling site visits.
Diagnosing problems in office.
Handle customer issues and reactions effectively.
Resolve problems in a timely and appropriate manner.
Who We're Looking For: To be eligible, you must be of First Nations, Indigenous, or Torres Strait Islander background.
