The role blends strategic direction with hands-on coaching, enhancing participation and pathways to high performance.You will oversee staff, plan training, coordinate regattas and ensure wellbeing, safety and a solid student-centred culture across all levels.
The role is based in office with early mornings and weekends during the rowing season.
