You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering thorough, patient-centred care in a positive and team-oriented environment.Our clinic is busy but supportive, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality healthcare while looking after each other.
You'll work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and Practice Manager delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with best practice and within your scope.Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment room nursing including immunisations (child & adult), injections, wound care, ECGs, medicals, ear irrigation, spirometry, and suture removalVaccine ordering, storage,



and stock controlManaging and maintaining clinical dataAssisting doctors with skin proceduresInstrument sterilisation and record keepingMaintaining recalls and remindersHealth assessments and care plans as neededAccurate and timely clinical documentationPatient education, preventative health advice, and lifestyle supportMaintaining infection control and safety standardsParticipating in Quality Improvement (QIP) activitiesAt least 12 months' experience in general practiceCurrent AHPRA registration (RN Division 1 or EN Division 2 with medication endorsement)Current CPR certificateReliable, compassionate, and able to work independentlyGreat time management and communication skillsA team player who can take directionA commitment to ongoing learning and developmentDesired CriteriaExperience using Best Practice softwareImmunisation endorsement (or willingness to obtain)What we offerCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsA supportive, friendly, and well-organised workplaceGreat work-life balance - no weekends or public holidays (weekday hours only, 8am-5pm)Ongoing training and qualified developmentThis is a fantastic chance to join a practice that genuinely values its staff and patients.
