with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsProblem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challengesA genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesRequirements:Must be available for adaptable schedule to accommodate varying shift requirementsMust have Australian Driver's License & Reliable CarMust have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtainMust have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtainMust hold current First Aid/CPR certificationBe able to provide 2 current/previous work-related referencesIf successful, the appointment to this position is subject to passing a NDISWC and having FULL working rights in Australia.The health and safety of Cality Care participants and employees is our highest priority and a significant number of roles within Cality Care are covered by government Health Orders or Directives that require mandatory COVID vaccinations.
