Junior Litigation Secretary

The Role
In this hands-on position, you will provide essential administrative and practice support to the Litigation team, including:
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing files and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and external parties
Filing court documents and assisting with matter administration
Diary management and coordination of meetings
Document production and general legal administration
Providing day-to-day support to lawyers and the broader team
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
At least 1 year of previous administration or legal support experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and skilled approach
Solid Microsoft Office skills




The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in legal support
