All Grind&Coat; is a concrete grinding, polishing, and commercial epoxy/coating specialist based in Mareeba, servicing the Atherton Tablelands and Cairns region.
We're a small, hands‐on crew (4–5 tradesmen plus the owner on the tools) delivering high‐end polished concrete floors, epoxy systems, and coating work on residential and commercial projects across Far North Queensland.About the RoleWe're growing and looking to add to the team — open to candidates at different stages of their trade, from someone keen to learn the ropes through to an experienced operator who can run a job with minimal supervision.
