Your responsibilities include:managing two weekly and one monthly payroll for 300 staff, interpreting an EBA, Awards and employment contracts using MicrOpay and UKG time and attendance.managing recent starters, variations, terminations, redundancies and resignations.reconciling payroll accounts.production of monthly and ad hoc payroll reporting.investigation and resolution of payroll problems.provision of payroll service to all members of staff.The CandidateTo be successful in your application, you will:have at least five years end to end payroll experience, ideally within a white and blue collar workplace.be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a choice of the fourth day.be approachable and keen to deliver service to your internal customers.The RewardsIn return for your skills and experience, our client is offering a salary of $*K plus superannuation (pro-rata), staff benefits and onsite parking.
