Henry Family Lawyers is seeking an experienced family lawyer to join our team.
You will be:

Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including property settlement, parenting and divorce.
.
Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for each client.
.
Drafting Court documents, affidavits, legal advices and correspondence.
.
Representing clients in Court and ensuring their instructions and best interests are effectively advocated.
.
Managing your own files with supervision based on experience.
You must:
.
Be admitted as a solicitor in Queensland or New South Wales (2+ years PAE of experience)
.
Have knowledge of family law procedures and strong drafting skills.
.
Be highly proficient in numerical skills and solid attention to detail.
.
Have strong interpersonal and skills with an ability to empathise and communicate directly with clients.
.
Be proficient in LEAP legal software would be a bonus, but not essential.
This is a permanent fulltime position with an immediate start.
