About the Role
We are recruiting a dependable, hands-on Leading Hand - Storeperson to support and guide the afternoon shift at our busy Cairns Steel Centre.
This is a key team leadership opportunity focused on ensuring the safe and efficient picking, loading, and dispatch of steel orders, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Core Duties :
Support and guide the afternoon shift team.
Ensure the safe and accurate picking and loading of orders.
Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily targets.
Key Requirements :
Experience in a warehouse, logistics,



or manufacturing setting.
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to lead by example.
A valid C Class driver's licence.
A current forklift licence (preferred).
