Customer Service & Digital Marketing OfficerThe Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while completing sales and enquiries by phone and email.
This role is a key link between customers, sales representatives, the warehouse team and the office.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and skilled service to customers with sales orders, enquiries, product information and complaints via incoming phone calls and emails.Enter, process and manage orders and quotes received via phone, email, sales representatives or showroom visits.Maintain accurate records,



reports and documentation within the business systems.Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and support the acquisition of recent customers.Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns.Support email marketing, maintenance of the website and the creation of promotional materials.Coordinate with warehouse and sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.Previous experience in customer service and sales administrationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganisational skills and attention to detailHighly RegardedCreative mindset and an interest in digital marketing, design and social media outreachExperience with digital sales and inventory systems
