Inspections Manager (Full Time) – Gold Coast
Join our agile team on the beautiful Gold Coast as an Inspections Manager!
Must have current Drivers License and QLD Real Estate Certificate.
Immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and conduct off-site routine property inspections and open homes.
Prepare detailed inspection reports for landlords.
Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Handle general administrative duties efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Strong time management skills.
Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe an advantage, or a willingness to learn.
Tuesday to Saturday working roster
Ability to assess, report, and action property maintenance.
Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports.
Adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Explicit and effective communication with team members, landlords, and tenants.
An outgoing personality with a team-oriented, team-player mindset.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high property standards.
Professional Presentation.
Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to grow within the agency
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach.
Reliable, accurate, and a current driver's license.
