From onboarding recent sub‐contractors to keeping credentials on track utilising our inhouse built systems, you'll be right at the centre of our operations.
You'll work closely with sub‐contractors and internal teams, spot compliance risks early, support audits and help make sure everything is set up for success from day one.We are currently located in Rydalmere , and excited to be moving to a brand-new office in Kemps Creek , in Late -!

development and real career progression.What you'll be doing:Support the onboarding of recent sub‐contractors, ensuring all documentation, credentials and agreements are completed accuratelySet up and maintain sub‐contractor records our inhouse built systems alongside key industry software.Track: Licences, insurances, registrations, right‐to‐work and visa statusesEnsure sub‐contractors complete all required inductions, training and assessments before commencing workMaintain incident registers and assist with investigationsBe a key point of contact for sub‐contractors regarding compliance, documentation and general enquiriesManage fleet assets including PDAs, radios, uniforms and PPE
