verbal and written.Dispute resolution and negotiation skills.The ability to develop relationships with insurance clients and loss adjusters.Excellent time management skills.Role and responsibilitiesProvide causation report, accurate estimate of repairsLiaise with insurance companies and the insuredProvide advice and assistance for processing of claimsMeet industry KPI'sAll candidates are required to hold relevant working rights in Australia.
