You may be a workshop mechanic or trades assistant looking to branch into a current field, or an experienced field technician seeking a fresh challenge.

your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Service and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment in both field and workshop environmentsPre-delivery preparation of recent equipment, including de-crating, assembly, upgrades, and quality control checksTesting and tagging of equipment, including plug changes where required (We Will be happy to get you certified for both ifyou'renot already)Completion of digital paperwork, including work orders and quotesOccasional operator training on the correct use and maintenance of machineryCollaboration with Service Coordinators and Operations teamsIdentifyingappropriate upsellingopportunities for equipment and servicesSupporting the Sales team with leads and machine installationsOccasional onsite installation of chemical, soap, toilet paper, and hand towel dispensersWhatWe'reLooking ForAttributes andbehavioursthat align with our core values:WeNot I– Be a team playerFast Fix– Fix it right the first timeOwn It– See every task through to completionAlways Hungry– Strive for continuous improvementWe always hire on values over skill set
