Enjoy a market-competitive salary of $100,000 – $130,000 plus bonuses, a company vehicle, and a supportive team culture.About the RoleAs one of our Painting Project Managers, you will take full ownership of project lifecycles from the initial start up to final handover.
Working with the Painting Estimator you will be the primary link between our clients, directing sub-contractors and in-house painters, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising quality standards.
You will be reporting to the Senior Painting Project Manager and the Head of Production.
Projects you will oversee will be in the Sydney metro area.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Management: Oversee multiple strata, residential and commercial painting projects simultaneously.Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate your crew of painters / subcontractors.Quality & Safety:



Perform regular quality assurance site walks and enforce strict safety and compliance standards.Client Relations: Provide weekly progress updates to clients and address any concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.What We Are Looking ForCandidates will ideally have a minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or a senior trade supervisor role within the painting or construction industry.Candidates will need to be highly organised, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Solid knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and finishing methods is an advantage, as well as knowledge of general OH&S; site safety, plus a valuable understanding of high access equipment and methodology.Valid Driver's License and Construction White Card.Trade background (Painter and Decorator) is highly regarded but not strictly required.What We OfferA starting base salary of $100,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and company laptop and phone.Ongoing career development and a clear pathway for career advancement.
