We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their high-performing People & Culture team.The Opportunity Supporting a busy recruitment function, you'll play a key role in coordinating recruitment administration, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee and candidate records.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive recruitment experience from offer through to onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare employment contracts and onboarding documentationCoordinate pre-employment and onboarding processesMaintain accurate candidate,
