Chandler Macleod Group is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client for a full time contract from August to December .
You will deliver person-centred assessments with participants, using evidence-based decision-making and explicit reporting.You will conduct assessments, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes (virtual and face-to-face) while applying relevant policies and maintaining accurate records in case management systems.
