To join our team as a Gardener at Elements of Byron you'll need to have experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role, with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
We're looking for someone reliable, punctual and enthusiastic who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a stunning natural environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our gardens and resort surrounds are presented to the highest standard, contributing to the exceptional experience we offer our guests.
Please note: only applicants with full and ongoing Australian working rights will be considered.

Current drivers licence (manual) essential, truck licence desirable
Extensive gardening,



weed and plant identification experience
Experience with mowers and whipper snippers
Well presented and physically fit
Commitment to longer term employment
Available to work across seven days a week
Robust work ethic
Qualifications in horticulture and landscaping or conservation management
Chainsaw ticket
ChemCert certification
Experience required
Weed identification and control (includes spraying)
Whipper snipping, pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, lawn care
