If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this role offers a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a rapid paced 3PL environment.
This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive workplace.What You'll be Doing:Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targetsWork in a multi-client environmentForklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicatorsDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone,



MS Teams and email.Provide daily reporting.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a 3PL or high volume warehouse setting essentialSolid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standardsLF & LO licence highly regardedMust be computer literate and comfortable using various systemsStrong team leadership and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operationProactiveness and problem solving skillsAmbition to progress and grow within the businessWe are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
