Naturopath/Nutritionist Customer Support Role
At My Way Up, we're redefining gut health - empowering people to feel incredible from the inside out through science-backed supplements and microbiome testing.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a naturopath or nutritionist student or graduate with a passion for gut health to join our customer support team and be the expert voice of our brand.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat for general enquiries, order assistance, product questions, and account support
Conduct microbiome testing consultations to help customers understand their results and create personalized supplement plans (training provided)
What we are looking for
Must be based at the Gold Coast, QLD
You're passionate about gut health,



microbiome science, and have a background in naturopathy, or nutrition.
Some knowledge & experience in vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein
Very friendly and can build rapport with the customers
Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias and Shopify is advantageous
