We currently have over employees across 65 locations and owe our growth to our dedication to customer focus, innovation and service.The Opportunity:We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:Role: 3x Call Centre Customer Service Representatives- Permanent full time roles availableLocation: Warwick Farm, NSW FULLTIME HOURSExpected Hours of Work: MON- FRI (8 hour shift)The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:High volume inbound callsAddressing existing and recent customer enquires/matters and or complaintsTrack and trace deliveries to provide feedback to customers i.e.



ETAMaintain status of enquiry by using internal systemsLiaise with different levels of people within the organisation to locate freightGeneral administrative functions.About you:Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre workplace (2 years)Qualified and confident with a customer service focusImpeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenSuperior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlinesPositive and resilient outlookExcellent problem solving and investigative skillsAble to provide at least two employment references.Free onsite park, and close proximity to Warwick Farm train stationOutstanding office environmentFree access to our employee assistance program.We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
