This is an inbound customer focused role that combines robust communication skills with accurate administration, rather than a traditional collections or debt recovery position.
No sales calls and no cold-calls either!
About the roleYou will be the first point of contact for billing and payment enquiries, delivering skilled, responsive service while supporting accurate and timely accounts receivable outcomes.
This is a 12-month contract position working full time hours Monday to Friday.What you will doRespond to a high volume of inbound phone and email enquiries with a first contact resolution mindset (up to 100 calls a day in our busy periods)Resolve invoice and payment queries clearly and professionallyMaintain accurate customer and payment records across AR systemsBuild trusted relationships with internal teams and external customersHandle sensitive conversations with care,
