you will be responsible for servicing all allocated guest rooms and transforming rooms into a home away from home for our guests.Working in a small team, you will support the Housekeeping Manager with the day-to-day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.Some of the responsibilities include:Perform evening service to all allocated rooms in accordance with training given and brand standardsProvide assistance to guests wherever possible, or as requestedRe-stock and clean trolleys at the end of each shiftAssist with public areas of the hotelAssist with making rollaway beds for guest requestsReport any maintenance problems dailyQualificationsPrevious experience in Housekeeping within a hotel workplace (four or five-star hotel experience is preferred) or similar fast-paced, cleaning services environmentStrong attention to detailExceptional organisational and time management skillsThe ability to act consistently with transparent ethics and values in accordance with confidentialitySuperior customer service skills, along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a teamThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster (shift times 17:*:30), including weekends and public holidays
