giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalentAt least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experienceReliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)Current Manual Handling and CPR certificatesCurrent National Police CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckGenuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older AustraliansEmpathetic and patient with excellent communication skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAble to adapt quickly in agile care environmentsCommitted to ongoing skilled developmentReady to Make a Difference?
