Training Advisor
to support a mining operation in Western Australia.
This is a Perth-based role responsible for developing and maintaining training systems, programs, and documentation that support a remote site operation.
Working closely with site stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring training is structured, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Training Advisor or Training Coordinator role within mining or heavy industry
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Experience developing training packages, competency frameworks, and training matrices




Solid understanding of learning management systems and training compliance
Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and remote site personnel
Excellent written communication and document development skills
