About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of business improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in business analysis while developing your analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholdersAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvementAssist in preparing reports, process documentation, and business casesSupport project teams with requirement analysis, testing, and implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress and maintain accurate documentationAssist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system rollouts

Solid analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of business processes and data analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamEagerness to learn and develop a career in business analysis
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (preferred)Internship, academic projects, or previous experience in business analysis or administration is a plusFamiliarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, or other project management platforms is an advantage
